What reaches us, why, and who else sees it.
Effective October 27, 2026. Ocala Tree Removal ("we") runs this website and the phone number on it. This page lists the information that passes through them and what happens to it.
Information we receive
- Form and email: your name, phone number, email if you add one, the town and job type you pick, whatever you type in the details box, and the page and time of sending.
- Phone: our carrier records the caller's number, plus when each call started and how many minutes it lasted. Conversations and voicemail messages may be recorded.
- Browsing: the hosting company keeps routine request data, such as which pages loaded and the kind of device. There are no ad trackers or advertising cookies here.
- Bot screening: if a Cloudflare Turnstile check shows on the form, Cloudflare checks signals from your browser to screen out automated submissions.
What it's used for
Mainly to hand your tree job to a contractor near the property. Also to write back when you email, to keep a log of referrals, and to block spam and abuse.
Who receives it
- The contractor your request is passed to, so they can get in touch about the tree. Contractors pay us for each referral, and our phone system may patch your call through to a contractor directly.
- Vendors that run our telephone, email, form handling and web hosting.
- Police, courts or regulators, when the law demands it or someone's safety is at stake.
Your details are never sold, and you won't get offers for unrelated products from us.
Recorded calls
Before anything else, the automated greeting on our line says the call may be recorded.
Keeping records
Records stay only while referral tracking and ordinary bookkeeping need them.
Copies, corrections and deletion
Email info@ocalatreeremoval.net to ask for a copy of what we hold, fix it, or have it erased. A contractor who already has your request holds a separate copy under their own practices.
Minors
This site is aimed at grown-ups arranging tree work on a property, and we don't set out to gather details from kids.
Revisions
Any revision to this policy comes with a fresh effective date.
